Your Personal Frequencies is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired Vouchers: We offer a buy-back scheme to extend expired gift vouchers. You can buy back the voucher for 50% of the value to extend it for a further 6 months.
