1. General

1.1 This Site is owned and operated by Your Personal Frequencies.
1.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.
1.3 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted on this page, with the “last updated” date amended accordingly.

2. Online Purchases

2.1 By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2.2 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2.3 Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (if applicable). Delivery costs (where relevant) are added at checkout.

2.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods.

2.5 Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. A further email will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

3. Gift Vouchers

3.1 Gift vouchers may be purchased via the Site and redeemed only against products or services available on the Site.

3.2 Each voucher clearly states its expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

3.3 Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.4 Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat your voucher as cash.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We deliver to UK addresses. If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

4.2 Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

4.3 Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to your delivery address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) within the cancellation period.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us in their original condition.

  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

5.2 Non-returnable items

Certain goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital downloads or personalised items once supplied

  • Sealed items (e.g. health/wellbeing products) once opened, for hygiene reasons

  • Gift vouchers

5.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5.4 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (where permitted), please notify us and return the product unused and in its original packaging. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of the use of our Site or products.

6.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter in which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

7.1 All content on the Site (including text, images, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Your Personal Frequencies.
7.2 You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
